How to Delete Your Account

In the app (immediate):

1. Open the GameStat app and go to the Account tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

By email (if you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in):

1. Email privacy@2seamlabs.com from the email address associated with your GameStat account (the address you use to sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple).
2. Use the subject line “Delete my GameStat account” and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
3. We may reply to verify that the request came from the account holder.
4. Once verified, we will delete your account and confirm by email. Verified email requests are completed within 30 days.

If you have a paid subscription, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription — billing is managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription in your app store account settings to stop future charges.

What Is Deleted

• Your account profile: name, email address, and profile image URL received from your sign-in provider.
• Your sign-in linkage to Google, Facebook, or Apple.
• Your team memberships, roles, and the list of teams you follow.
• Subscription entitlement records linked to your account.

What May Be Kept

• Game scores, play-by-play events, and statistics entered as part of a team’s record are maintained as the team’s historical record and are not automatically deleted. Where such records identify you personally (for example, a player record bearing your name), you may request that they be deleted or anonymized as part of your request.
• Teams you solely own remain active for their members, but are no longer linked to you — ownership shows as a deleted user until another coach takes over the team.
• Records we are required or permitted to retain by law, such as for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Retention period: in-app deletions take effect immediately; verified email requests are completed within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion before being purged.

Deleting Some Data Without Deleting Your Account

You do not need to delete your account to have specific data removed. You may request deletion or anonymization of specific data — for example, a player record describing you or your child — by emailing privacy@2seamlabs.com. Coaches, scorekeepers, and team administrators can also delete or anonymize player records they are responsible for directly in the app.
